Efficient, courteous. As promised by Mike Minard, sales rep. He was instrumental in making changes from what we had planned. and this was helpful and actually cost effective. Installed earlier than initially projected.

I've called 4 times, waited 3.5 weeks and still haven't heard or been able to book an estimate with a sales rep. Totally unacceptable.

I had problems broken sprocket on the motor and cables for the door. Mike was professional, courteous, but I so was impressed with his technical knowledge. This person was so technical changed the sprocket inside the motor of an old Sears Craftsman motor. Made all the adjustments. The door is like brand new. Thank you Mike for a job well done.
